As Jinji eagerly unwraps the gift he can’t help but notice that the seams are completely covered in clear tape. It seems that Aadvay was in a rush when making the gift. It doesn’t matter what the outside looks like anyway.

Jinji finally manages to get through the tape and open the box. Inside was nothing but hard styrofoam. It seemed that whatever was in there was very fragile. At first glance he actually did think that Aadvay got him a bowling ball, but upon closer inspection it was definitely not for tossing about. It was a sphere entirely made of glass. And it appeared to have some greenery submerged within. Almost like an entire ecosystem frozen in time. Perfectly preserved in this glass dome. It looks like it was very neatly crafted with each blade of grass placed perfectly in a position. Such care and work. Such time and patience. All at the hand of jinji’s fingertips. Aadvay couldn’t have made it himself, but the meaning is so much more.

After glancing back in the box one more time, he spotted another piece. It looked like a big wooden doughnut. Definitely not edible. It was a stand for the sphere. Jinji now understood that it was something that was to be admired. When he put it on the stand, it started to glow, and it created the illusion that the tiny ecosystem was pulsing with life. It was so bright, so magical that everything around it seemed so dark. It was very beautiful, but Jinji doesn’t quite understand what it could mean. For all he could know it might not mean anything at all and it’s just to look pretty. Aadvay is so odd, especially when it comes to his view on things.

Jinji was surprised that Giles never came to crash his party. He probably couldn’t get inside anyway. He then picks up the sphere and tries to go find the perfect place to put it.

Little does he know that Giles actually asked Aadvay to mess with the cake. It’s just Aadvay decided that sprinkles would be the perfect addition, and completely forgot what Giles had originally asked him to do. He never should’ve asked someone like Aadvay to do that for him anyway. He’s too sweet.
