I’ve always gone through life believing that you can like someone’s work, without actually liking them as a person. And by contrast, I believe it’s also possible to like an individual, and yet not be a fan of their output. Some people, however, seem to find this difficult to understand, or even think it makes me hypocritical. To me, however, it makes complete sense. In this personal post, I explain why.

This page exists mainly as a sounding board for Jinji, or more often, the human artist behind the Jinji character. It’s a personal notepad, where he shares the innermost thoughts he feels he needs to air out loud. This might be discussing things that have been on his mind; outlining ideas and planned timelines for the Jinjiverse; or simply letting out his emotions. Since Jinji is a rather private person and doesn’t particularly enjoy “blogging”, this page likely won’t get updated frequently. However, it’s here for those precious few moments where there’s just something he needs to get off his chest.
